New Automatic Production Cell Based on eMOB 150

Designed to meet the demands of the most challenging sectors such as shipbuilding, energy and metal construction. This cell stands out for its versatility and high degree of automation. It is capable of processing both round and square tubes in large dimensions, with diameters starting at Ø50 mm and going up to 100×100 mm square profiles, ensuring consistent performance and exceptional precision.

The automatic loader, with capacity for tubes up to 4 meters in length, adjusts automatically to the shape, size and length of the tubes being processed, without requiring any manual intervention. This feature not only speeds up production setup but also eliminates human error, reinforcing system reliability and safety.

Once setup is complete, the fully automated process begins with the first robot picking up the tube directly from the loader. Then comes a key moment in quality control: a vision system precisely detects the weld seam location on each tube, allowing the bending machine to rotate it accurately into the ideal bending position.

The second robot is responsible for unloading and palletizing the finished parts. The cell includes two palletizing positions, allowing the operator to replace a full pallet with an empty one while the system continues to operate without interruption. This continuous cycle ensures maximum productivity, even in intensive production environments.
