Lineve buys Omega roll forming line to expand its business into new markets.

Lineve‘s mission in the market is to offer products and integrated solutions for the construction sector, namely different types of roofing, steel and building materials. They offer a wide range of made-to-measure products, a high-precision customized laser cutting service, a tailor-made cutting and press braking service, as well as punching of sheet metal to different or customized patterns.

Lineve deems the quality of its products, as well as the knowledge and dedication of its employees, to be the foundations that sustain its competitiveness and levels of excellence. The company has 3 units divided into: manufacturing, logistics center and store.

In the year in which the company celebrates its 25th anniversary, it was important to strengthen its position in the market by acquiring an AMOBPF 18 roll forming line, thus enabling the entrance into new countries/markets. AMOB roll forming lines are 100% customizable, developed and produced according to each customer’s needs, are easy to operate and provide results with maximum precision, thus optimizing resources and time. Flexible production combined with reduced costs and increased productivity. This strategic acquisition aims to increase Lineve‘s production capacity, improve product quality and optimize manufacturing processes. “The acquisition of AMOB roll forming line is a significant milestone for Lineve.” says Ana Luís, Lineve‘s Operations Director.

AMOB‘s PF series has been designed to withstand the high production volumes typical of industries that need roll forming lines on a daily basis. The PF 18 machine has been fully adapted to Lineve’s needs and is integrated into a production line with the following features:

– Hydraulic press with tool management;
– Automatic lateral press adjustment;
– Cassette roll forming machine, split bushings and automatic adjustment cassettes;
– Prepared to produce 8 omega-profiles with different heights (50 mm to 250 mm) and different thicknesses (1.5 mm to 3 mm);
– High precision cutting sensor;
– Decoiler with dynamic speed management;
– Production order management for the manufacture of different sizes with zero waste.

This investment is in line with Lineve‘s strategy to expand its presence in new markets, as well as responding to the high demands of customers for highest quality products and short delivery times. In addition, the new line will contribute to the sustainability of Lineve‘s operations by reducing material waste and increasing energy efficiency. This partnership further strengthens Lineve’s position as a leader in the metal profile market.
