The innovative new machine replaces the customer’s manually operated mandrel bender, that dated back to before the second world war! The machine was producing rippled bends, and was the bottle neck of of the production throughput. AMOB’s CH-120-CN1 has removed all wrinkles and reduced the production time by more than 40%, and produces zero waste during tooling changeover.
The NC fully-hydraulic pipe bending machine produces thousands of bends a year with a repeatability of less than 0.1 of a degree – a significant upgrade for the happy customer.
