Following customer feedback, we’ve made automation a priority – for many, the required throughput is just not possible with a single man and machine. Rather than installing two machines with operators, AMOB’s production development team have calculated that it would be faster to use a single machine and robot with a simultaneous loading/unloading clamping mechanism.
With a production capacity of 2000, 180 degree bends a day, our new solution not only meets the customer’s requirement – it’s exceeded it.
