Fully CNC pipe bender to the offshore industry

The shipbuilding and offshore construction company required a fully-CNC machine to produce complex and often one-off parts in a variety of different sizes – the CH-120-CNC mandrel tube bender fit the bill and was ordered almost immediately after the customer had seen the machine’s capability, in person, at AMOB’s headquarters.

The customer’s maximum bending requirement was 114.3mm OD on a 345mm centreline radius. This is no problem for the 120mm capacity, fully-CNC tube bender. Also requested was a large capacity internal memory to store their library of parts, exceptional accuracy and repeatability and the ability to import their own files directly into the machine – fortunately, AMOB’s CNC range of mandrel benders do exactly that.
